Stuffed Portobello with camembert and figs
Pre heat oven to 180°.
Place the Portobello mushrooms in a baking tray and drizzle with salt and pepper. Place them for 5-8 minutes in the pre-heated oven.
Meanwhile, slice the figs and place them in a sauce pan over medium heat along with water, commandaria and thyme.
Then slice the cheese. When the mushrooms have browned nicely, stuff them with the camembert, the figs, the commandaria mixture and pine nuts and cook in the oven for a further 5 minutes.
