How delivery works

All orders are prepared twice a week, Monday and Thursday, and are sent to your predefined address through our courier partner, Svelta (https://www.svelta.com.cy/en).

On the day of delivery, our courier partner will sent an instant message to the phone number you have specified through WhatsApp, Viber or SMS, with the details and the time of delivery. Through instant messaging you will also be able to change the delivery address or delivery time, if you so wish, after communication with our courier partner.

Products will, under normal circumstances, be delivered during the afternoon and you will be able to see in real time the exact location of your order through our courier partner’s dedicated platform.


Choosing delivery date

When placing your order, you will be asked to define your preferred delivery date. You may select the next available date or pre-order for a future date.

We strongly suggest to place your orders well in advance and in a timely manner to ensure better service.

 

Changes to these delivery methods

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this delivery policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page and/or – as far as technically and legally feasible – sending a notice to Users via any contact information available to the Owner.
