Roast White Mushrooms and beef
Coat the beef with salt and pepper and pierce in three places with a thin blade knife.
Insert the three whole cloves of garlic into the incisions.
Brown the meat in a pot on all sides.
Remove the meat and place into an ovenproof dish.
In the same pot add the onions, mushrooms and remaining garlic and spices, saute until brown.
Add all the remaining incredients and allow to combine for 15 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the meat, cover well and bake in the over for 1.5 to 2 hours at 180c ( fan assisted ), checking if the meat is soft from 1.5 hours and onwards.
When meat is soft, remove from oven, slice and serve with pasta.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
