Oyster mushrooms with blue cheese and hiromeri

Serves: 4


Place mushrooms into an ovenproof dish, with smooth side down.

Place a tea sp of butter and a piece of blue cheese on each mushroom and drizzle with cream.

Sprinkle with pepper and hiromeri.

Cook, uncovered, under grill in pre-heated oven at 220c for 5-6 minutes until cheese melts.

The mushrooms are so delicate that they don’t need to be completely cooked.
