White Mushrooms in Commandaria and Rosemary

Instructions
Place all incredients, except mushrooms, into a pan and simmer on low heat until well combined and sauce begins to thicken and caramelise (approximately 5 minutes).
Add mushrooms, stir and coat with sauce, and allow to cook on medium heat ( approximately 6-7 minutes ).
Do not overcook.
Serve immedietely.
