Portobello mushrooms stuffed with fetta and leak

Serves: 6


Place mushrooms on an ovenproof dish.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake under a grill at 180c for 8 minutes or until just strating to brown.

Then remove.

Saute leaks in olive oil (seasoning with salt and pepper) until wilted and slightly brown.

Place the leaks onto each mushroom and crumple the feta over.

Drizzle olive oil over and springle with oregano and pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven ( 180 c ) for 10 mins or until feta starts to melt.

Serve immediately.
