Oyster and Portobellini Mushrooms Asian Style Noodles
Mix the broth, the wine, the soy sauce and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Slice the lovely mushrooms, place them in a bowl and also set aside.
Chop the garlic, chili and ginger in thin slices, place them in a hot pan along with some olive oil and sautee for 1 minute.
Then add the mushrooms to the pan until they brown, finally adding the mixture of the broth, wine and soy sauce.
In the meantime, prepare the noodles in the pot. After draining, place them in the pan with the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Serve by sprinkling sliced spring onion.
