500gr Portobellini mushrooms (whole) 250gr cherry tomatoes 1 tin (340gr) butter beans (strained) 1 bunch spring onions (thinly sliced) 1 red bell pepper (chopped) 100gr kefalotiri cheese shaving 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 balsamic vinegar 2 fresh chillies thinly sliced 1 tea sp oregano 1/2 tea sp salt 1/2 tea sp cracked black pepper 1/4 tea sp sugar
