Pickled mushrooms

Serves: 6


Place the water, 200ml vinegar and bay leaves into a pot and boil for 10 minutes.

Place the mushrooms into the pot and allow to blanche for 3 minutes. after reaching boiling point again.

Pour into a collander, drain and allow to cool.

Place all the remaining incredients into a bowl, mix and add the mushrooms.

Place into an airtight container and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least one day.
